Online Training as Part of a #stayconnected Campaign

As part of our #Stayconnected campaign we developed an online training package for staff away from the work environment on furlough leave, we wanted to give them the option of undertaking online training.

It’s a great opportunity for our staff to gain knowledge in either things they are interested in or it may help towards their roles once they return to work. It is difficult right now and there’s mixed emotions about work but we hoped that undertaking some online training would help with us staying connected.

We’ve partnered with CITB Training Group and Four Construction, who are offering a number of courses. All the training is CPD accredited and certificated with e-certificates. Most of the courses take approximately 2 to 3 hours to complete online.

To complete one of the courses staff simply had to email HR and they would arrange a convenient date and time.
