Kidbrooke village have their operative newsletter that gets updated with new information each month at Kidbrooke. This is great as it allows the site teams to feel as if they are a community which means they should know what we are all doing to contribute to building of the village and what new programmes or tasks are coming up within the next few weeks.
It creates a great sense that we as a project team value the workforce we have and how we want to engage with them as much as possible. The image displays a archived newsletter from august.
We are also using a logistics booklet which helps the delivery drivers. When they need to gain access to site, it displays all of the entrance and exit routes.
It shows the local service areas and lay-bys. It also stresses the importance of CLOCS and FORS compliance, and displays the local schools and cycle routes around the community.
