As a result of the package management course, students were able to demonstrate a baseline of information against which the Steel package can be measured; including cost, program and quality and explain how over time the package delivery has changed in terms of programme, commercial and team management.
This module is currently being replicated around Mace sites and is also available to others in the industry to replicate.
