Paint Solvent Recovery

The company has resourced and installed a paint solvent recovery system. Solvent recovery systems use a distillation process which separates the solvent from a leftover product which would otherwise go to waste (in this case paint), and the separated solvent is then recovered for re-use.

Solvent recovery is up to 98%, and the residual waste is now non-hazardous, as the process reduces volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

The health and safety risks of saving solvents on site before disposal have been greatly reduced.
