Partnership with NHS & HSCP to Carry Out Workshops
This contractor has partnered with the local NHS Board and Health & Social Care Partnership to develop a programme of wellbeing presentations for the workforce.
A wellbeing calendar has been developed outlining which sessions will take place and when – allowing the workforce to review and choose to attend however many sessions they wish and choose a session relevant to their individual needs.
This formal programme developed and delivered by professionals is a great method of supporting the workforce.
In the past this would have been planned and delivered by site management teams, however having healthcare and wellbeing professionals carry out the programme makes it more effective.
