Portable Wash Stations Implemented

The construction team are preparing a safe return to site and have purchased portable wash stations to use anywhere around our sites.

The hand wash stations are a simple product with a compartment for fresh water and one for waste water (180 litre/40 gallons each) so are fully self-contained and need no connections to mains services.

These are a cold water only facility with a foot-operated pump and soap dispenser per bowl. With quality soap a cold feed facility is perfectly suitable for good hand hygiene on the understanding that the person spends the required 20 seconds as per guidance.

The lid lifts up for filling, emptying and/or sanitising the fresh and grey water tanks and to enable the use of chlorine tablets if required.
