The Considerate Constructors Scheme has produced a PPE policy template, for contractors to apply to their construction sites.

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has also produced some guidance on the use of PPE, which can be found here.

Please be aware that this Scheme document has been produced as a template, which can be adapted to meet the individual needs of your site/company.
