PPE Shoulder Bag

To maintain a professional appearance, construction sites should require the workforce to remove their PPE when leaving site. However, this rule can be hard to enforce and sites should look for ways to incentive operatives to care about their appearance.

See the examples below for how one site addressed this:

  • Project branded draw string shoulder bags are provided to all workers and visitors to carry and conceal their PPE outside of site.
  • When leaving site and moving between the site and the office, workers and visitors remove their helmets, high-viz and other visible PPE and place it in the bag.

This is a simple and cost effective way to encourage compliance with the offsite dress code.
