Prefabricated Roofing

The construction of the roof for plots on this project was carried out on the ground, fully tiled with guttering fitted, and was lifted in it’s entirety onto the timber frame.

They constructed the roof carcass then fully roof tiled and installed the PV panels for the plot on the ground, then lifted the complete roof in it’s entirety into position on the timber frame.

This method of construction has the potential to be a time saving, cost effective method of working which will greatly reduce the risk of working at height.
