Premcrete Void Former

A void former was required on this project under the concrete slab to prevent clay heave.

Traditional void formers are made of polystyrene that are bulky and harmful to the environment.

Therefore this contractor used the Premcrete Voidtek system which comes to site flatpacked and then raised on site, which gives an 87% reduction in deliveries, reducing carbon footprint and disturbance to roads.
