Printing services carbon offsetting

The construction industry, like any other modern business, uses masses of paper and printing services to carry out its daily information collection and transfer tasks. This ultimately causes a big effect to the environment via waste paper, cutting of trees, waste toner and colour cartridges etc.

At our site in the early stages we looked into these effects and found a service via the Toshiba Carbon Zero Service.

This gives the project an added reduction in its carbon emissions though the Carbon Offsetting scheme. The Carbon Zero Scheme is an industry-leading programme in which the total footprint of a Toshiba device from parts procurement, manufacture and transportation is offset, providing organisations with a completely carbon neutral device upon delivery.
