Project History Hoarding Display

This contractor has recently installed a new timeline hoarding display created to show the history of Union Terrace Gardens.

Working closely with Aberdeen City Council, the design was created using historical photographs which had been collated with permissions from Aberdeen City Libraries and the Silver City Vault.

The photographs selected show Union Terrace Gardens as it existed when originally opened in 1879, through the 20th century and leading onto the latest design images for the current transformational Union Terrace Gardens (UTG) which is undergoing a £25.7 million regeneration under Aberdeen City Council’s City Centre Masterplan.
