Promoting Company Contact Details

In order to ensure good relations are formed and maintained, neighbourhood liaison is essential.

Sharing and making company contact details easily accessible to local residents will encourage site feedback and demonstrate a professional, well-managed site.

Company details can be displayed on CCS posters, hoardings and newsletters.

  • The company produced fridge magnets in the shape of the company’s vans and distributed them to local residents;
  • The magnets featured 24/7 company contact details.

This was a very simple yet effective way of overcoming the problem of vulnerable tenants losing contact details, which they may have needed to access quickly if a problem had occurred.
