Promoting Women’s Contribution to Construction

This contractor saw an opportunity to promote women in construction through their different projects throughout Ireland and UK.

The trend started on their Dungiven to Drumahoe Dualling programme when female staff were offered a ‘Wills Sisters’ jacket to help promote women in construction.

This was so successful that the company have now implemented this in their other sites across the UK and Ireland.
