Maintaining the wellbeing of your workforce should always be prioritised.

A happy and healthy workforce not only boosts morale and the wellbeing of employees on an individual level, it also helps to improve the quality of work produced.

Below is an example of how sites can provide excellent welfare support for their employees:

  • A high standard of support was aimed (but not exclusively) at those living away from home and boarding locally;
  • Additional welfare facilities were provided;
  • These included a washing machine, dryer and shower for cleaning purposes;
  • A fully equipped mini gym and a couple of bikes were made available to use either for exercise or transportation to and from site;
  • A seating area was also provided outside.
