Providing a laundry service

Facilities should be available to ensure the wellbeing of your workforce.

It is the responsibility of the site manager to ensure the facilities available on site are of a high standard, to support the wellbeing of all employees.

Below is an example of how sites can cater for their employees as well as achieving a well presented workforce:

  • Laundry lockers were introduced on site, the workforce could leave dry cleaning/laundry in secure lockers for collection by the operator;
  • Once the order was completed and returned to the locker for collection, the operator sends a text to the user;
  • This is a 1-2 day service.
