The site, being redeveloped by Radius Housing, will provide six three-person two-bed houses and 14 three-person two-bed CAT1 (elderly over 55) apartments for social housing use.

Representatives from Radius Housing and Kelly Brothers Building Contractors made a presentation to the Jubilee Kids’ Club, who have prepared activity packs.

The activity packs included ‘sow and grow’ planting packs and USB memory pens for each of the children.

Commenting on the initiative, Radius Regeneration Manager Bronagh O’Kane said:

“We are delighted to support the fantastic work of the Jubilee Kids’ Club who are based in the community centre adjacent to our development site.”
