This contractor have setup a QR code station within the site office and within the site area itself to allow users to scan a QR code which brings up a survey regarding the sites Considerate Constructors Scheme performance.

The survey allows users to rate the site in each of the 5 areas of the Scheme’s Code whilst also leaving room for feedback and any potential innovative ideas.

The accessible nature of the codes make the site staff, operatives and visitors more likely to submit feedback and ideas than using more traditional methods such as suggestion boxes.

The site team get live feedback from each of these stations and can use this data to drive site focuses and agendas for site forum meetings.

The link also allows users to become more aware and knowledgeable surrounding the Scheme’s Code.
