QR Code for RAMS

To ensure that everyone on the project  has their RAMS readily available and to hand the site has implemented a QR code system.

On approval RAMS are converted to a PDF and uploaded to a webpage where a unique QR code is generated specific to that PDF.

This is easily scannable using a smartphone, this takes up virtually no space on the phone, but, does mean that contractors on site have no reason not to have them or no what is in them.

This has been received on site by everyone from hands on tools contractors to health and safety consultants and even the client in a positive way.
