The Information Hub is for all operatives, supervisors and managers working on site, and contains useful information including:

  • Daily Coordination Meeting minutes
  • Delivery management information
  • ‘Meet the team’ interviews – written by Women Into Construction and work experience students
  • Area to give anonymous site feedback that is sent straight to the site team to action
  • Emergency contact details
  • Map of local area
  • Identifying the site fire marshal, first aiders, and mental health first aiders
  • Subcontractor performance matrix scoring
  • Information on site software systems in use
  • Logistics and Swept Path drawings
  • Fire escape drawings
  • Links to food and drink in the local community and discount vouchers.

They are also developing the environmental hub which will include recycling data, tree protection zones, and information on their carbon offsetting plan.

This Information Hub will be managed and updated by the contractor, their logistics subcontractor and the QR code is available to everyone on site and operatives are informed of this service in their inductions, along with the WiFi code for internet access.
