QR Code Public Survey

This site was keen to get public feedback from those who were passing their site but on previous projects have struggled to get people to complete questionnaires.

Therefore they have decided that they wanted to make the whole survey process much more streamlined so that they could up the number of responses to their surveys.

They decided that they would put together a survey that was quick to respond to and could be accessed very easily from a smart device when passing the project.

The survey could be easily accessed via the QR codes displayed on their hoarding and only took on average 47 seconds to complete. They found that 87% of the surveys started were then completed to 100%. This method of collecting data and feedback was much more successful than they have had on previous sites.
