QR Code Signing In System

The site is trialling a new sign in system using a QR code linked to a website. This is a company developed system and as such enables the company to collect specific data.

The message on the QR code poster can be customised and the system has scope to deliver key health and safety information when the user signs in.

From the visitor’s point of view, the process is straight forward and consists of two steps; scanning the QR code unique to a Fortem location and filling the sign-in form. Upon successful registration, induction video or health and safety documentation can become available for viewing.

The benefits of having a digital sign-in system are reducing paper-based process, instant reporting capabilities and a uniform approach to security and privacy.

The digital sign-in form also contributes towards coronavirus government guidelines as coronavirus temperature test resulys are requiring to be provided when signing in.
