QR Codes – Temporary Works Designs

The project team have recently implemented the use of QR codes at areas of high risk temporary works constructions on site.

With the construction of a 16-storey RC frame, having the ability for site operatives working on the decking to instantly be able to access the relevant drawing and installation guide on site is key to getting the construction completed accurately and safely. QR codes are displayed at each level for the decking design, and installation guide.

This also allows operatives to zoom in on specific details of the drawing and limits the need for loose drawings in high, wind exposed areas of site.
