Recognising and Rewarding Workforce Contributions

This contractor has implemented an initiative to formally recognise and record, through reward cards, contributions from the workforce against the main CCS Code of Considerate Practice.

This helps to promote both the Scheme’s involvement in the project and the overall scope of the various checklist headings and actions applicable.

To supplement this the project has also produced and made available translated copies of the CCS small card handout in a number of languages, thus further promoting of the Scheme and its benefits to a potentially larger percentage of the workforce.
