Recording Feedback
The project team have been using EcoOnline to record all of their feedback including good calls and close calls.
The app which can be used on mobiles,tablets and laptops and stores all feedback relating to the project and helps identify trends and manage feedback, suggestions or complaints.
This has made recording and learning from the feedback to improve their performance much simpler.
