Recycled Christmas Tree
Christmas has passed, but during the run up to it, we got a trainee onsite to recycle old pallets and turn them into the site’s Christmas tree, which was then placed in an area for the school to see as they left for the day.
The school’s technology teacher, amongst others, loved it. The baubles have since been removed and the tree placed in the outside wellbeing area to further increase its use until the project completes.
It’s positive to see something that would otherwise be thrown away turned into something else at little or no cost.
