Ryewood Charity Run

Two committed members of the Ryewood Project Team took part in the annual Brighton and Hove ‘Go Dad Run’ 5k charitable run aimed at raising awareness about men’s health issues.

Dressed in the Ivor and Honor Goodsite costumes, they were there to promote the Considerate Constructors Scheme, raise awareness of men’s health issues and promote the Ryewood CCS calendar and Ryewood CCS Facebook page.

This amazing effort in the heat with these heavy costumes on shows a strong commitment to both the Scheme and men’s health. Olympic 400m hurdle Gold Medallist Sally Gunnel and swimming world championship Gold Medallist Mark Foster presented them with medals for their efforts.
