Safe distribution of internal doors

Loading out doors across a large building often provides major manual handling challenges.

Carrying doors across even wide open areas is often a labour intensive operation.

To reduce and control the risk of manual handling issues when loading out doors, a door trolley system has been employed.

This purpose made trolley has hooks and strap points which enables the load to be fixed during travel.

The trolley is loaded and pushed around the building by two operatives and consequently unloaded. In comparison to the traditional means of two people carrying every door/frame individually.

Not only does this system have massive safety benefits but also has improved efficiency of loading doors out across a large building.
