We have adopted video site inspections via tablets/ smart phones, which are then projected onto TV screens with client and supply chain teams, therefore avoiding “all potential risks” from physically needing to set foot on site.

An example of how this process was used was during a live roof snagging inspection by the client team, which took place in a site conference whilst one of our Site Managers toured the roof that was being inspected.

The client team did not have to go on the 13th and 12th level roofs on our St Dunstans Project in Woking. They inspected roofs from TV screens in the site conference room, avoiding fall at height risk and height phobias altogether.
