Safety Improvements on Site

Risks and hazards on site are identified and safety measures are implemented to minimise the risk and increase safety for the workforce.

On-site safety is very important to the project and it is encouraged that operatives use ‘Hazard Spotter cards’ to notify the management of any incidents or ‘near misses’ on site, so that they can be addressed.

This allows the management team to continuously improve working conditions on site.

Hazard Spotter cards are then drawn into a monthly prize draw and the winner will receive vouchers to the value of £50.

This maintains high levels of safety on site and encourages operatives to become more involved in constantly improving their own safe working environment.
