All support team members have completed the Sexual Harassment Training for Managers and Supervisors course by High Speed Training.

The contractor take the welfare of staff and operatives very seriously and want to create an environment which is safe and inclusive for all, with clear and confidential reporting structures. By having the support team available individuals may feel more reassured in understanding who they can turn to for assistance and confide in confidentially.
