Sharing best practice – Institute of Employability Professionals

Sharing best practice witnessed within the industry is important to ensure techniques and methods are constantly improving and evolving.

Below is an example of how sites can effectively communicate examples of best practice and learn from one another:

  • All community liaison officers were members of the Institute of Employability Professionals;
  • This provided the company with a means to share best practice from the industry with Community Partner Agencies such as Job Centre Plus, SEETEC, Mploy, Royal British Legion Industries and other government funded training providers.
