Sharing best practice within your company

It is important to recognise and share your successes with all levels of the company.

Identifying and sharing best practice witnessed on site is essential to learn from one another, which will improve the overall performance of the industry.

Below is an example of how a company shared positive messages:

  • The company identified a site manager who achieved a higher mark than any other manager previously;
  • He gave a presentation to all site managers within the company at a training day;
  • This proved more effective in communicating best practice to other site managers than being instructed by either external people or senior management within the company.
