Shoe Box Appeal

Staff at McAleer & Rushe head office in Cookstown went above and beyond to help those less fortunate this Christmas. Employees came together to donate 230 shoe boxes to the Road of Hope Shoe Box Appeal. Staff prepared a range of shoe boxes filled with a mix of practical and recreational items for all ages.

Road of Hope are a cross-community charity based in Northern Ireland, focused on helping those less privileged both locally and further afield. Their reach includes Hungary, Roumania, Croatia, Bosnia and some African countries.

The appeal substituted the customary ‘Secret Santa’ in the office – a fantastic initiative!
