Shout5
Shout5 is an initiative in which during the working day, an egg timer is started on site.
In the given five minutes, Supervisors, Operatives or Managers are able to all stand still and observe the working environment.
Any environmental, safety or quality potential issues can then be picked up, observed and then completed. This initiative can then be used daily, weekly or monthly depending on when it is required.
