At our site comprising 9 flats for a local housing association in Kent, because of the amount of space available on this site and being right next to a primary school, we decided to carry out all the drainage, ducting and entrance road before brickwork commenced.

By preparing the perimeter of the building and other areas, we are hoping to be in more control of the dust and become a nearly mud free site.

Also, by preparing the area first we do not having to spray the site down as much.

Because of the lack of storage, delivery of bricks and blocks are booked in on a weekly basis.

Great work, well thought out and organised for such a compact site.
