Site Specific Sustainability Route Map

It can sometimes be difficult to communicate sustainability issues to the workforce and present this information in an easy-to-understand way.

The group as a whole has a Sustainability Route Map which, while informative and depicting the group’s good environmental intentions, was not making operatives aware of their site’s actions towards promoting sustainability.
The site team decided to create a site-specific Sustainability Route Map to be displayed in the welfare area.
Information is displayed clearly with, for example, the generated site monthly tonnage of CO2 emissions being compared to an airliner travelling 1.9 times around the world.
The poster is updated frequently to reflect current performance details, achievements and targets, providing operatives with up-to-date and easily understood information specific to their site.
