Site Specific Video for Delivery Drivers
The company has introduced a site specific video attached to the delivery booking confirmation so that drivers know what to expect on arrival at site.
The video provides drivers with footage of the approach to site so they can easily identify the gate and be aware of restrictions prior to arrival.
It will take them through what to expect once they arrive onto site and the process for accessing their unloading or loading area.
Although initially developed for one project to communicate the changes brought about by the need to have coronavirus mitigation measures in place, this innovative method of communication is now being developed for all projects.
