SitePodium Community App
The project team has invested in SitePodium to keep the community informed about construction activity at Triptych Bankside and to ensure the best possible relationships with local stakeholders.
Benefits include:
- A fast and easy way of staying in touch with people interested in the project
- Ability to notify the community about key construction milestones and issue alerts when disruption is likely
- An effective tool for highlighting positive aspects of the development
- Transparent communication during the build
- Encouraging two-way communication, providing a platform for local people to contact JTRE if there is an issue
The app has come into its own during the coronavirus pandemic, allowing the project team to stay in contact with the community, even when lockdown restrictions made meeting in person impossible.
