Smart Site Set Up

Smart technology is becoming an integral part of this contractors fit-out delivery. They developed a user platform bespoke for their welfare facility so that data could be collected and measured against known standards or to set benchmarks for other sites.

In the site office they are measuring energy usage of temporary power, vertical farm mock up, air quality including temperature, humidity, pm1, 2.5, 4& 10, VOC, air pressure, c02, desk and room booking, space utilisation and live display tube, weather and news status which provides energy use feedback for a client mock up, trends in energy usage, effectiveness of the lighting control strategy and develop a database of environmental conditions and set good practice guidelines.

The benefits can include lower operational and energy costs, increased productivity and improved health and wellbeing. The user journey and experience is a driver to deliver customer satisfaction and compliance with Well, BREEAM, LEED, Smartscore, Wiredscore and NABERS.
