Smart Thermostat

We have installed a smart thermostat in our offices, which cuts costs in regards to heating the property to the necessary levels as well as monitoring and sending reports to the end user as to how environmentally friendly you have been.

The Nest thermostat learns every time you turn up the thermostat and every time you turn it down. Over a space of time it learns your habits and looks for patterns in your heating moods and cycles. It will start taking control and turning your heating settings up or down accordingly as to previous adjustments.

The thermostat also learns how long your property takes to heat up and cool down, and how much energy you require to heat your property to a comfortable level. The thermostat therefore keeps you comfortable and saves energy as it goes. A green leaf appears on the thermostat display when you adjust your temperatures to a lower setting, telling you that you are now in temperature range which is saving energy.

The thermostat is fully remote controlled via apps from your laptop and mobile device. It also allows you to adjust your hot water via a schedule preset which is also fully adjustable via the app.

This smart thermostat keeps us at a comfortable temperature all day long and helps us save energy and protect our environment.
