Ensuring staff and subcontractors feel safe on there return to the project we wanted them to notice all the additional measures we have put in place to assure them that the health and wellbeing is our number one priority during this challenging time.

The minute you enter the security area we have a welfare attendant ensuring social distancing is adhered to, you then are subject to a thermal imaging camera checks for piece of mind that nobody coming to our site is unwell and has a temperature. The canteen has reduced capacity with social distancing crowd barriers and floors marked throughout.

Another social distancing attendant then allows 15 operatives a time in the changing rooms again to ensure safe distancing between operatives. Additional offices and welfare have been provided to ease congestion in peak times. All finger recognition entrances have now been changed to key fobs to reduce cross contamination and all work areas have sufficient sanitisers in place.

We have been holding feedback Microsoft Teams meetings since our reduced numbers have returned to site and feedback has been positive.
