Solar Pod Generator

At Berkeley West Thames in Southall, we are committed to lowering emissions from our activities on site. As such, we encourage all our trade partners to strive towards our carbon objectives and targets. To this effect, FM Conway have brought to site a solar generator, the Autosmart Solar Pod, to power their welfare cabins.

The Solar Pod charges batteries all day long and usage of the power can be tracked via real-time software showing a live data feed online. Furthermore, there is an automatic fuel cell timed shut off for any unnecessary fuel usage. The solar panels can be extended out to gain more solar energy and also accommodate space requirements.

The Solar Pod significantly reduces the amount of fuel ordered and associated emissions. There is a precautionary back-up super silent generator which only comes into effect when battery power levels fall to 40%. We’re delighted to have the Solar Pod on site!
