Solar Power Used to Charge Tools

As more and more construction sites are trying to implement solar power for use on site, we have identified there are issues when it comes to smaller sites.

The area required for solar panels to be cost-effective is quite considerable, but as solar power is environmentally friendly we have looked into implementing this on our site even if only on a much smaller scale.

We have converted a battery charging station that has solar powered lockers within it.

This gives four hours of power and is suitable for charging batteries for power tools and also mobile phones for the operatives on site.
