Special Arrangements for Colleagues with Children

WDC have provided vital support to one of their employees who has been granted joint custody of his children.

Due to his working hours, the employee has to take his children to a childminder. The site have made special arrangements to allow the employee to leave work in order to do this and have also agreed to cover the cost of his childcare up to 17.30 on the days affected.

This displays an important effort to support a colleague who is facing a difficult circumstance in their personal life.
