Spiral Cutter

This contractor is using a bench with a nibbler attached with allows for the spiral duct to spin against the blade to give a precise , deburred cut, which in turn reduces the need for cold cutting which is extremely noisy.

This has reduced impact of noise on operatives on site dramatically which will aid in the prevention of hearing problems in the future.

The cutting table is designed to cut spiral ductwork up to 0.9mm thick in diameters between 80 to 315 mm and lengths up to 3m. Plus, its elevated design ensures improved health and safety by raising the table off the ground for ergonomic and efficient operation.
