Stair Master Staircases

This contractor supplies a lightweight mould (permanent formwork) that can be quickly and easily used to construct a finished concrete stair on site.

The formwork already has a layer of steel reinforcement in the base and remains in place after the concrete has been poured. It is made of durable galvanized steel which protects the stair from damage and gives a good finish.

The system provides a number of safety features which are not provided in typical precast or cast in-situ staircases including:

  • Edge protection during installation
  • Temporary edge protection
  • Eliminates heavy lifting/handling during installation
  • Consistent riser heights and doesn’t chip or wear
