Steps to Health Campaign

The project team are trying to encourage all employees to increase the amount of walking they do, both at work and in their personal leisure time. To do this a competition is being run for 5 weeks.

Each week the team captain will need to submit the total number of steps achieved by all members of the team which includes all steps within and out of work to achieve the maximum possible.

Recording devices include but are not limited to smart phone apps, pedometers, Fitbit’s, Garmin’s etc. The event was carried out across Eurovia North/South contracting, Ringway, South West Highways, BEAR Scotland, Ringway Jacobs, and Blyhe.

174 teams have taken part with 4 members per team taking the participants number to 696.
