Stop Knocking Alert

This is an alert system designed by the site team which allows the client (BBC) to alert the site if any activity is interfering with a filming schedule.

The site is divided into colour zones; the alarm in the area causing nuisance will flash and vibrate (it is not an audible alarm by design).

Work will then cease until the alarm all clear is activated. This facility has been extended to accommodate a neighbour with a disabled child who needs daytime sleeps.

The system replaces the need for a film set runner who previously had to stand out on site with a walkie talkie or radio.
