Storage of Rebar

Toureen have developed and had a number of steel racks fabricated to store rebar. These racks have been designed so that rebar can be protected, stored safely on site and make the process of moving steel much easier:

  • By having the steel up off the ground. It means that the rebar is not sitting on the ground in water or other materials that may cause it to deteriorate.
  • Each level of the rack can be used to store different bar types, meaning that steel can be segregated and easily identifiable.
  • This racking system also makes it easier to sling loads of rebar, making it safer and ensuring less manual handling.

This should make the site more efficient and safe.
